Is this construction management software for small contractors?
Yes. It is built for builders, remodelers, roofers, restoration companies, commercial contractors and service trades, from a few people to a larger company. Start with the core Construction module and add packs only when you need them.
Can I send estimates that customers sign online?
Yes. Estimates and change orders are signed online with a drawn signature, and a signed estimate becomes the contract and the budget for the job.
How do takeoffs work?
With the Takeoffs pack you upload a PDF or image of the plans, set the scale, and measure lengths, areas and counts right on the sheet. You can send the measurements straight to a new or draft estimate.
Does it handle job costing and pay applications?
Yes. Budget vs actual vs committed by cost code shows projected profit on every job. The Commercial pack adds AIA-style pay applications (G702/G703) with stored materials and retainage.
Can my customers see their job and pay online?
Each job has a customer portal with the schedule, photos, invoices and messages, behind a private login you set up for that customer. Customers can pay invoices by card through your own Stripe or Square account.
Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?
Yes. Invoices, payments, retainage and job costs sync to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
Does it work in the field?
Yes. It works on any phone, tablet or computer, with office access for prices and costs and field access without prices.
Can I handle insurance claims and service calls?
