Add-ons
Questions
Realtor questions, answered.
Is this a CRM for real estate agents?
It is a CRM and a transaction manager together: contacts and a buyer and seller pipeline, follow-ups, listings, showings and open houses, deals with a contract-to-close checklist, and commissions, in one product with one price.
Can it send emails for me?
Yes. Email templates and action plans send the right message on the right day after someone joins a plan, create to-dos for your calls, and stop when you say. You can also email a group in bulk by stage, type or tag. Every email lists on the contact’s timeline and carries an unsubscribe link.
Does it capture leads from my website?
Yes. You get a lead form link for buyers and sellers. Each inquiry becomes a lead, goes to an agent right away (the first agent, or agents in turn) and starts the plan you choose.
Can clients sign documents?
Yes. You send a form, the client reads it and signs in their portal by drawing a signature, and you keep the signed copy. The forms that come with it are samples only: have your broker or attorney review and replace the text.
Does it text clients?
Email is built in. Texting needs an outside provider and is not included yet.
Is there an MLS feed?
No. You enter listings yourself (price, photos, MLS number and details). An MLS data feed is not included.
Can I run a team or small brokerage?
Yes. Agent logins see only their own contacts, listings and deals. The owner sees every agent, with commissions and brokerage totals, and sets default commission, split, fee and cap once.
