Is this gym management software for small gyms and studios?
Yes. It handles members and plans, dues, front-desk check-in, classes and waivers for gyms, yoga and fitness studios, martial arts schools and similar businesses.
Does it charge members’ cards automatically?
Not yet. Dues are created for you every cycle and you mark them paid when the member pays at the front desk. Card-on-file automatic billing is not included.
Can members book classes themselves?
No. Your staff book members into classes, so you stay in control of who is in each class. There is no member app or member login.
How do waivers work?
You send the member a private link. They read the waiver and sign with a finger on their phone, and the signed waiver is kept with their record. The wording is yours to edit, and you should have your attorney review it.
Does it handle check-in?
Yes. Look a member up by name, phone, email or number and check them in. You see a clear warning if they are past due, frozen, canceled or have no signed waiver. It does not read key fobs or barcodes.
Can I sell drinks and gear at the counter?
Yes, with the Gym Suite, which adds Point of Sale, Inventory and Time Clock to Gym & Studio.
